Requires a Google Business Profile rating of 4.3+ and a short human review — below that, your account is still created, just without the founding perks. Approved vendors get a cohort badge — the first 10 approved in your category and city get Gold, the next 10 get Silver, both shown for 3 years from approval — 1% off commission for 3 years at the Starter and Established tiers (Elite already pays the floor rate, so there is no discount left to take there; the discount stops after 3 years either way, even if you keep meeting the program standards). 20 spots per category per city — the program closes when they fill.

Still needed: business name, category, email, a password of 8 or more characters, and ticking the Terms and Privacy box.

Commission on the payments couples make you is the only charge United Vows takes automatically. Stripe’s card processing fee on those payments is paid by you, in addition to the commission. Pay-per-use drafting remains optional and priced up front.

Before you sign up

Is signup really free?

Yes. No upfront fee, no monthly fee, no binding contract. Commission on the payments couples make you is the only charge United Vows takes automatically, and it lands only when the couple has paid. Stripe’s card processing fee on those payments is paid by you, in addition to the commission. Pay-per-use drafting help past your monthly allowance and pass-through costs for a few third-party tools such as electronic signatures remain optional and priced up front.

How long until couples can find me?

Your profile is visible the moment you complete signup — there's no review queue and no waiting period. Add your photos, services and pricing whenever you're ready.

Can I leave at any time?

Yes. Request account deletion from Settings and confirm with the link we email you — the moment you confirm, your listing comes off the marketplace immediately. Full account deletion follows a 30-day grace window. If you have active bookings, or contracts, invoices or reviews already on record, that can't be instant self-serve — email privacy@unitedvows.com and we'll delete everything the law lets us. No retention calls either way.

I missed the Founding Vendor program. Now what?

If the 20 founding spots for your category and city are already filled, standard listings still get full access to inquiries, bookings, and the matching engine. They just don't get the cohort badge or commission discount. We're not going to artificially gate the platform.
