Land 2 bookings within 30 days of your first one and we lock your fee at 9% for 60 days — even if you'd otherwise still be at the BRONZE tier. Built so a hot start doesn't mean an unfair fee.
What about Stripe processing fees?
Stripe processes all payments and charges roughly 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. That's separate from our platform fee and goes directly to Stripe. Vendors can choose to absorb it or pass it on.

Is United Vows really free for couples forever?
Yes! We believe couples shouldn't pay to plan their wedding. All our tools, AI assistance, and vendor connections are completely free for couples, always.
How do vendor tiers work?
Vendors start at BRONZE (10%) with their first 2 bookings, move to SILVER (9%) at 3 bookings, GOLD (8%) at 10 bookings, and PLATINUM (7%) at 25 bookings. Tiers update automatically based on completed escrow-protected bookings — you never have to apply or upgrade manually.
When do vendors get paid?
Funds are held in escrow until 7 days after the wedding date. This protects both couples (ensuring service delivery) and vendors (guaranteed payment). Auto-release happens if no issues are reported.
Are there any monthly fees for vendors?
No monthly fees, ever. You only pay the commission percentage (7-10%) when you successfully book a couple through United Vows. No bookings = no fees. During launch we also offer promo codes that waive or reduce the platform fee on your first bookings — ask us if you're interested.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers through our secure payment processor. All payments are processed through Stripe for maximum security.
Can I try United Vows before committing?
Absolutely! Both couples and vendors can sign up and explore the platform for free. Couples get full access immediately. Vendors only pay when they get their first booking.
