Drafting help, with a monthly allowance
Every account includes 50 lead summaries, 50 message reads, 30 proposal drafts, 30 quote assists, 30 caption reviews and 15 coaching answers a month. Past the allowance the tool pauses. Pay-per-use is off until you turn it on, and the per-use price is shown before you do.

Sponsored placement is not a tier perk. Eligibility is earned with verified reviews or booked volume, at any tier, and sponsored slots are always labeled.
What can cost extra, and what cannot
Every tool in a vendor account is included, with a monthly allowance on the drafting features. Past that allowance you can switch on pay-per-use at the price shown; it stays off until you do. Sponsored placement is bought separately and always labeled. A few optional tools rely on outside services, such as electronic signatures, and those we pass through at the third party's cost.
What about payment processing fees?
Stripe processes all payments and charges roughly 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction, less for ACH bank transfers. That fee is separate from United Vows commission and goes directly to Stripe.

Frequently asked questions
Is United Vows really free for couples?
Yes. Couples pay nothing. Every planning tool, the Vows Assistant, vendor matching, and secure payments are free. The price a vendor quotes is your total, and commission comes from the vendor's side, not added to your bill.
How does vendor commission work?
Commission is set by your tier and falls as the value of the contracts you book grows: Verified is 9% (up to $2k), Established is 8% ($2k to $25k), and Elite is 7% ($25k and up). Tiers update automatically, so you never apply or upgrade manually.
When do vendors get paid?
Couples pay their vendors directly and securely through Stripe when they book. There is no waiting on a hold. If a couple files a claim on a booking, you have seven days to answer it, and answering on time is what keeps it from counting against your standing here.
Are there any monthly fees for vendors?
No. There is no monthly subscription. Commission on the payments couples make you is the only automatic charge. The optional extras are sponsored placement, pay-per-use drafting help past your monthly allowance, and pass-through costs for a few third-party tools such as electronic signatures. Each is off until you choose it.
Does United Vows charge extra for its features?
Only where you opt in. Every tool is included, with a monthly allowance on the drafting features: 50 lead summaries, 50 message reads, 30 proposal drafts, 30 quote assists, 30 caption reviews and 15 coaching answers. Past the allowance you can switch on pay-per-use — $0.20 a lead summary or message read, $1.00 a proposal draft, $0.50 a quote assist, $0.25 a caption review, $0.20 a coaching answer — and it stays off until you do. Sponsored placement is bid on separately. Third-party tools such as electronic signatures are passed through at cost.
