Answer an inquiry
Read every couple request on one page and reply without leaving it.
How to do it
- Open Pipeline, then Inbox. New inquiries, conversations and recent activity sit in that order, unread first, with All, Inquiries, Messages and Activity filters.
- Open Pipeline, then Inquiries, for the quote requests on their own. The tabs are All, Unread, Responded and Declined.
- Open an inquiry to read the couple date, guest count, budget and message in the Event Details panel.
- Reply from the same page. Quick Reply carries pre-written replies that fill in the couple name and wedding date, and Send posts your reply without leaving the page.
