What it costs to be here
No subscription. No lead fees. Commission and Stripe's card processing fee come out of the payments a couple makes you. Optional extras are charged only if you turn them on.

Your tier rises automatically as the contracts you book add up, with nothing to apply for, and it does not move back down. Stripe's card processing fee is paid by the vendor, in addition to the commission.
Founding Vendor program. Founding Vendors pay 1 percentage point lower commission for 3 years, for example 9% to 8% at Starter and 8% to 7% at Established. Elite is already at our lowest rate, so it is not included. Spots are limited and eligibility applies. See eligibility and terms
