Invite a couple and keep them updated
Hand a couple their workspace, then send the weekly recap that writes itself from the week activity.
How to do it
- Open Couples. Find the row for the wedding you built and select the invite control on it.
- Type the couple email address and a short message, then send it. The row shows INVITED, the date and the address it went to, and the button reads Resend invite.
- In the wedding workspace, scroll to Weekly couple recap. The draft is written from the week real activity: the briefs you sent and the milestones you added.
- Read the subject and the body, then select Approve and send, or leave it for the week.
