The venue operates Arizona's only private Mexican and Western Rodeo Grounds, with indoor and outdoor dining, Western, Mexican, and Southwestern menus, and live rodeo and Charreada performances. Founded on February 1, 1991 by the Smith and Corona families, the ranch booked 107 group events in 2007 alone and has since expanded with a 16,000 sq. ft. outdoor patio, a 3,000 sq. ft. custom kitchen, and a second 3,000 sq. ft. brick patio.
