Chateau de Lis is a luxury wedding and event venue in Oregon City, built on a 133-acre farm and designed to evoke the atmosphere of a European estate. The venue features themed rooms, lush gardens, a pool, hand-laid cobblestone motor court, Connecticut Bluestone floors, solid limestone stairways, carved European antiques, and a hand-painted three-wall mural of the Columbia River Gorge; it hosts weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings. A new glass-and-metal enclosed space called The Arboretum, accommodating approximately 300 persons, is under construction for spring 2026. Owners John and Chauncy Childs constructed the estate over 15 years, using materials including Connecticut Bluestone, solid limestone, and carved European antiques. Located at 15201 S.
