Laura Sponaugle Photography is a Texas and Colorado based wedding and portrait photographer who also travels for destination weddings and lifestyle sessions. Laura blends photojournalism, portrait, and editorial approaches, working with both digital and film, and is known for cinematic, warm-toned imagery across weddings, elopements, family sessions, and lifestyle work. Her work has been featured in Junebug Weddings, Green Wedding Shoes, Munaluchi, and Weddings in Houston, among others. Laura earned a degree in photography from the University of Texas at Austin and has been building her business in Texas for more than a decade, photographing weddings and portraits around the world. Based in Texas and Colorado, with regular work extending to Asheville, North Carolina and destination locations worldwide, including Los Cabos, Mexico and Estes Park, Colorado. Couples and families consistently highlight Laura's pre-session planning calls, attention to lighting and placement, ability to work with children and pets, quick turnaround on edits, and her skill adapting to different wedding styles and group sizes.
