Gift money, what is held, and how you get paid
A gift is held until you connect a bank account. Here is where to read the amount and how to open the transfers.
How to do it
- Open Wedding, then Registry. The card headed "Gift money waiting for you" names the exact amount ready for you.
- Read the breakdown on that card. The amount is each gift less Stripe card processing, and United Vows takes no fee from a gift.
- Select Set up payouts and connect the bank account the money is transferred to. Gifts are held until you do, for as long as it takes.
- Back on the registry page, Recent gifts names every gift and its state, and the top of the page names who gave the newest one with a Say thanks button.
