Pay a vendor invoice

Open the invoice, read it line by line, and pay by card on a secure page run by Stripe.

How to do it

  1. Open More, then Invoices. Contract payments due sit at the top, each with its own Pay now; every invoice a vendor has sent you is listed underneath.
  2. Select the invoice to open it, then read the document: who it is from, the invoice date, the due date, the service lines with their prices, and the total.
  3. Select the pay button. A secure payment page from Stripe opens where you enter your card. Stripe handles the card details and United Vows never sees them.
  4. Your receipt arrives by email. Select Download beside the invoice to keep a copy for your records.
