The Heart Bandits is a Los Angeles-based marriage proposal planning company founded in 2010 by husband and wife team Michele and Marvin Velazquez, offering custom proposal planning and pre-made proposal packages. The company offers two core services: fully customized proposal planning (starting at $1,099, covering planning, coordination, and vendor management) and pre-designed all-inclusive proposal packages (starting at $500), with vendor sourcing, venue selection, and day-of coordination included in the custom tier. Founded in 2010, The Heart Bandits cite over 15 years of experience, thousands of proposals planned across the globe, and the launch of the first Proposal Planning Academy. The Heart Bandits plan proposals in cities worldwide, with past client testimonials referencing Puerto Rico, New York City, Corpus Christi TX, and Saudi Arabia. Clients frequently mention responsive communication from Michele and Marvin, smooth and stress-free coordination, and photographers and decorators who delivered results that matched or exceeded expectations.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

The Heart Bandits hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

When you send an inquiry, we email it straight to their listed business address, with a link to claim this profile. Claiming is how they answer you — until then we don't pass on your contact details — and you can reach them directly at (800) 520-5972.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask The Heart Bandits to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
