Lemons and Olives is a Brooklyn-based full-service catering company rooted in seasonal Mediterranean cooking, serving weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and production shoots. Abundant, seasonal menus built from locally sourced ingredients, with Mediterranean-inspired cooking led by co-founder Marko Mannheim, a former Food and Beverage Director at the Bowery Hotel. The company also operates a mobile food truck and a wood-fired pizza oven for venues without kitchen access.
