Founded by May May in 2010, who received formal pastry training at The French Pastry School in Chicago, studying with Chefs Nicholas Lodge, Mark Seaman, Kristin Ryan, and World Pastry Champions Dimitri Fayard and Joshua Johnson; over the course of ten years she has baked thousands of confections.
