Chef's Delights Catering

Chef's Delights Catering is a family-owned catering and events company based in Miami, serving all of South Florida with scratch-made menus and full-service event support. Known for one-of-a-kind recipes prepared from scratch daily using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, covering lunch, dinner, theme buffets, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts, with additional rental services including bartenders, waitstaff, and table linens. Led by Chef Ernesto Mosquera, a Johnson and Wales University graduate with executive chef experience in restaurants, hotels, and catering, alongside his spouse and partner Maria who oversees customer service and marketing. Serves all of South Florida, based in Miami at 3520 NW 50th Street. Couples and event hosts consistently highlight the food quality, detail-oriented staff, and the team's willingness to assist beyond catering, including help with planning, florals, table arrangements, and decor.
