Downey Street Events is a full-service wedding planning and design studio based in San Francisco and New York, serving couples locally and at destination locations worldwide. The studio covers planning, design, and production across three structured phases: venue selection and vendor curation, bespoke design boards built around each couple's vision, and on-site production management through the wedding weekend. Founded in 2009 and led by owner and creative director Kelsey Connely Dowling, the studio has operated for more than 18 years and focuses on a limited number of weddings each year to remain closely involved at every stage. Based in San Francisco and New York, with destination work across the country and internationally. Couples consistently highlight Kelsey's detailed budget tracking and vendor management, the design boards translating Pinterest inspiration into fully realized events, and the team's calm, attentive presence throughout the wedding weekend.
