Cake Coquette

Cake Coquette is a San Francisco custom wedding cake and specialty cake design company, founded by Gabrielle Feuersinger in 2007. Cake Coquette offers custom wedding cakes, sculpted cakes, cupcakes, and specialty occasion cakes, with flavors including Black Forest, red velvet, salted caramel toffee, coconut chocolate ganache, and strawberry-raspberry. Gabrielle trained at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, worked at the W Hotel in Seattle and at Los Angeles cakery Cake Divas, and was profiled in Dessert Professional Magazine as one of the top ten cake artists of 2016; she has made three appearances on the Food Network's Cake Challenge and her work has been featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, Brides Magazine, and the San Francisco Chronicle Magazine, among others. Based in San Francisco, serving Bay Area couples and events.
