SFJAZZ is a San Francisco-based nonprofit jazz organization and concert venue, founded in 1983 and now the largest non-profit jazz presenter in the world. SFJAZZ presents year-round concerts across two performance spaces at the SFJAZZ Center, featuring internationally recognized performers such as Wynton Marsalis, Chucho Valdes, and Terence Blanchard, alongside commissioning and education programs. Originally founded by Randall Kline in 1983, the SFJAZZ Center opened in 2013 and currently serves over a quarter of a million fans and students every year under Executive Artistic Director Terence Blanchard. Located on the corner of Franklin and Fell Streets in the heart of San Francisco's arts district, in the Hayes Valley neighborhood.
