C&M Party Rental (operating as C&M Party Props) is a Concord-based party and event rental company serving the greater San Francisco East Bay, offering tables, chairs, linens, tents, lighting, glassware, and related equipment for weddings and other celebrations. The company carries a broad inventory including flatware, glassware, food warmers, patio heaters, floors and staging, and wedding items, and allows clients to adjust orders up until the day before an event. Family-owned and operating since 1958, now led by third-generation owner and CEO Andrew "Andy" Chose, who trained in big top tent construction in Melbourne, Australia, and served as Head Operations Manager at Top Productions in Sausalito. Based in Concord, CA, serving Lafayette, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, and the broader San Francisco East Bay area. Couples and event organizers consistently note responsive staff who offer helpful suggestions, flexible order changes close to the event date, punctual and polite delivery crews, and rental items arriving clean and in ready-to-use condition.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

C&M Party Rental hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for C&M Party Rental, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (925) 934-3181. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask C&M Party Rental to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
