Led by Cofounder and head chef Jeff Brister, a Johnson and Wales University Culinary Arts graduate, the team focuses on locally sourced seasonal ingredients with an emphasis on presentation, buffet setup, and on-site bar service. Established in 2006 by Cofounders Chef Jeff Brister and Alfred Freeman, who brings over three decades of experience in the catering industry; Lead Event Manager Tina has over 25 years of event industry experience and a decade of service at Carriage House.
