Atlanta Pizza Truck is an Atlanta-based mobile catering operation serving authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza at weddings, private parties, and corporate events. The truck is led by master pizzaiolo Alessio Lacco, a Naples native who trained under Gaetano Esposito and was awarded the certificate of Neapolitan Pizzeria from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) in 2016; pizzas cook in a wood-burning oven at 900 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 seconds or less, using house-made mozzarella, 00 Italian flour dough, and homemade marinara. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the truck serves Atlanta, Milton, Roswell, and surrounding areas, traveling to private homes, event venues, and outdoor locations across the Atlanta metro area.
