GHI Catering

GHI Catering, also known as Gotta Have It, is an Atlanta-based caterer providing inspired cuisine and event services for weddings and other occasions. GHI offers buffet, food truck, and plated service options alongside DJ services, allowing couples to consolidate multiple vendors under one provider. Founding partner Vincent Marra is certified as an Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. Founding partner Vincent Marra trained at Johnson and Wales University's culinary arts program, earned his Executive Chef certification at age 27, and spent more than 20 years in hospitality roles across resort, restaurant, and consulting settings. Based in Atlanta, GHI has traveled approximately an hour and a half from Atlanta for wedding events. Couples cite responsive communication, collaborative menu creation, warm and professional staff, and food quality that drew compliments from guests throughout the evening.
