Sesame Letterpress & Design is a Brooklyn, New York design and letterpress printing studio offering bespoke wedding stationery, including invitation suites and save the dates. Sesame prints all stationery by hand using antique Victorian-era cast iron presses on tree-free, archival, recyclable cotton paper sourced from another Brooklyn-based company. The studio offers custom wedding invitations, save the dates, note cards, business cards, and baby announcements. Owner and Creative Director Breck Hostetter began letterpress printing in 1999, with a background in fine arts and a decade of experience in the contemporary art world. The studio has been collaborating with clients for over twenty years and is a women-owned and operated business run by Breck and a team of three printmakers. Based in Brooklyn, NY at 55 Washington Street, Suite 554, by appointment only. Couples consistently praise the quality and craftsmanship of their invitation suites, Breck's responsiveness and straightforward process, and her ability to accommodate custom elements such as hand-drawn illustrations.
