Liquid Lab NYC is a New York City bar service and mixology company, based in the Flatiron district of Manhattan, offering cocktail catering, private mixology classes, large-scale events, virtual classes, and consulting and menu design. Liquid Lab offers Molecular Mixology, Artisanal/Prohibition-era Cocktails, and Health inspired Cocktail Concepts, with bespoke cocktails built using fresh, high-quality ingredients; co-founders Gregory Lucas and Parker Boase lead the team. Co-founder Gregory Lucas began his bartending career as a teenager in Manhattan, working at SPA, Hiro, High Bar, and PH-D at the Dream Downtown, and completed Sommelier certification in 2022 with the International Sommelier Guild; co-founder Parker Boase relocated to New York City in 2008 to focus on craft cocktails and event production. Liquid Lab has been featured on NBC's Today Show, Good Day NY on FOX, Meredith Vieira on NBC, Katie (Katie Couric Show on ABC), and CBS Morning News. Based in the Flatiron district of Manhattan, working with clients throughout the entire Northeast, including New York City, Connecticut, and New Jersey, with national and international event inquiries also accepted. Clients praise the knowledgeable and energetic team, the variety and complexity of cocktails made during classes (typically four distinct drinks plus a make-your-own competition at the end), and note the service translates well to corporate and private events, including tailored cocktails tied to company themes.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

Liquid Lab NYC hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for Liquid Lab NYC, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (615) 668-5741. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask Liquid Lab NYC to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
