RSVP Party Rentals is a Las Vegas event and wedding rental company offering full-service setups including tents, tables, chairs, linen, chinaware, dance floors, and A/V equipment. RSVP carries what it describes as the largest selection of chairs and party supplies in Nevada, with inventory spanning furniture, tabletop items, marquee tents, and decor, bookable online or through a one-on-one showroom appointment with a bilingual sales team fluent in English and Spanish. In business since 1985, RSVP has operated for more than 41 years serving weddings, corporate events, and backyard gatherings across Las Vegas. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving the greater Las Vegas area. Couples highlight smooth, on-time delivery, staff who accommodate last-minute schedule changes, responsive communication, and pricing that came in noticeably below competing rental companies.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

RSVP Party Rentals hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for RSVP Party Rentals, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (702) 878-0144. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask RSVP Party Rentals to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
