Cuisine Chez Vous is a full-service Boston-based catering and event planning company specializing in seasonal cuisine with top-notch service and beautiful presentation. The company handles catering, cake, bartending, linens, cutlery, chairs, flowers, and event coordination, covering events from intimate home gatherings to complex tented receptions. Executive Chef James Murcko trained with chefs Jeremiah Tower, Alice Waters, and Wolfgang Puck, with a focus on modern American cuisine using fresh local ingredients. Owner Fiona Casey graduated from hospitality school in Belfast, Ireland and joined Cuisine Chez Vous in 1987; Director of Operations Nora R. Folk began her tenure in 2006 after working in the Boston restaurant and private dining scene. Based in the Boston area, with weddings documented at venues including the Cambridge Multicultural Center. Couples consistently praise the food quality from appetizers through dessert, the team's flexibility in accommodating requests such as food trucks and outside alcohol, and the attentiveness of staff including Nora and Fiona in managing logistics throughout the event day.
