DM Productions is a Burlington, Massachusetts-based DJ and entertainment company offering disc jockey services, photobooths, uplighting, karaoke, and A/V rentals for weddings and events. DM Productions builds custom playlists for each event without repeating sets, moves across genres in shorter sets, and handles emceeing for wedding formalities; the company also offers photo booth packages that include a guestbook with photo copies and handwritten notes. Founded in Watertown by Dan McCarthy, DM Productions has operated since 1979, with Dan having served as DJ for the Boston Celtics for 13 years, the Boston Bruins for 12 years, the New England Patriots from 2018 to 2024, and as a nightclub DJ for over 20 years; in 1989 the company was the first DJ operation to offer karaoke in Boston. Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, with clients and venue collaborations throughout New England. Reviewers consistently cite packed dance floors throughout the night, thorough pre-event preparation including venue walk-throughs and detailed emceeing notes, responsiveness to last-minute changes, and willingness to incorporate songs from couples' cultural backgrounds and guest requests.
