The Caswell House

The Caswell House is a historic Downtown Austin wedding venue constructed circa 1899, housed in a rusticated limestone mansion blending Gothic, Chateauesque, and Renaissance features, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and recognized as a Texas Historic Landmark. The venue features ornate chandeliers, fireplaces in every room, two fully-equipped kitchens, a second-floor Steinway piano, a balcony with views of the Texas Capitol, and complimentary bridal portrait sessions included with house rental; couples may bring their own caterer or choose from a preferred caterer list to receive one extra hour of rental at no additional charge. Owned and operated by the Austin Junior Forum, with all rental proceeds directed back into the community through grants. Located in Downtown Austin.
