PEJ Events

PEJ Events is a full-service caterer based in Round Rock, bringing chef-inspired, modern Texas cuisine to weddings and events across Central Texas. PEJ is known for BBQ-forward menus including brisket carved tableside, smoked turkey, fajita buffets, and family-style service, with coordination of linens, china, glassware, and bar setup available as add-ons. PEJ Events launched in 2017 and operates with a named team that includes a Director of Catering, Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Operations Manager, and several Event Specialists.
