Lone Star Chefs is a private chef and in-home dining service based in Austin, Texas, offering personal chef experiences for weddings, parties, and private events. Lone Star Chefs offers three service formats: a 3-course family-style casual menu, a customized 4-course plated modern menu with personalized printed menus, and a brunch package with a mimosa bar; all packages include ingredient shopping, cooking, serving, and cleanup. Lead chef Justin Cullimore graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Hollywood at age 19, worked as Head Chef at a fine dining restaurant in Escondido at 21, served as Executive Chef at The Crossings at Carlsbad, then as Executive Sous Chef at La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla before moving to Austin in 2021 to join Hotel Van Zandt. Based in Austin, Texas, serving Austin, Lakeway, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Anderson Mill, with accommodation possible for locations outside that list.
