Michelle's Patisserie is an Austin, TX bakery and dessert maker, founded by pastry chef Michelle Doyon, known for intricate made-to-order wedding and special-occasion cakes. Michelle's Patisserie offers over 30 cake flavors with unique flavor combinations, with work published in The Knot, Brides of Austin, Style Me Pretty, and Martha Stewart Weddings; the bakery also serves macarons, cupcakes, croissants, and hosts private tea parties. Michelle Doyon has been baking professionally full-time for over 20 years, trained under Traci des Jardin of Jardiniere in San Francisco, won on Food Network's The Big Bake Holiday in December 2022, and is a member of the Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame.
