Parties on the Terrace

Parties on the Terrace is an outdoor wedding venue in Redmond, WA, owned and operated by Jeff and Patti Falconer on a 5-acre property they have developed and maintained themselves. The estate includes four outdoor terraces, a covered patio, a 2,400 sq. ft. indoor ballroom with climate control, a prep suite, chandeliers, fire pits, water fountains, and a large outdoor chandelier hung from a maple tree. The Falconers purchased the property in 2015 and were awarded Best Intimate Wedding Venue in 2022, 2023, and 2024; in 2025 they were finalists for Best Outdoor, Best Intimate, and Best Venue in WA, and received the award of Best Wedding Community Member. Located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Redmond, serving the greater Seattle and Washington area. Couples and photographers consistently highlight the white interior, lush grounds, chandeliers, fire pits, and the attentiveness of Patti and Jeff, including rain-day contingency planning and meticulous upkeep of the property before events.
