R+M Dessert Bar is a Seattle-area bakery and dessert boutique led by Chef Rod Gambassi and Chef Marc Adams, offering a chef-driven menu of individual desserts paired with wines. Known for a frequently changing selection of individual desserts, a prepackaged line of R+M Signature cookies, chocolate bars, and snacks, and a four-course dessert experience called FOUR with optional wine pairings. Gambassi and Adams began creating wedding and party cakes more than 20 years ago, opened their first R+M Dessert Bar location in Seattle in November 2017, and launched their Bellevue flagship restaurant in April 2025.
