Parkview Event Space

Parkview Event Space is a Seattle rental venue located in the South Lake Union neighborhood, adjacent to Denny Park, offering multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and personal celebrations. The venue includes four distinct spaces: the Sanctuary Main Performance Hall (1,800 sq ft, up to 220 for theatre-style), the Rooftop Terrace with views of the Space Needle and Denny Park (up to 150 standing), a two-story Meditation Hall with skylight (30 seats), and a first-level Conference Room (25 seats); extras include an on-site minister, A/V technicians, livestream technicians, a commercial kitchen, and a bridal ready-room. The building was constructed by architects Olson Kundig and opened in 2022. Located in Seattle, in the South Lake Union neighborhood. Couples and event organizers highlight the attentive on-site staff (specifically MaSanda and Joe), the views of the Space Needle and Denny Park, the natural light throughout the building, and the convenience of underground parking. The space has been used for weddings, bat mitzvahs, TEDx events, and corporate gatherings.
