DBE Artists is a Nashville and New Orleans-based live entertainment agency offering bands, DJs, dancers, and immersive acts for private events and weddings. DBE Artists fields multiple bands across genres, including Top 40 and classics (The Downtown Band), club hits with a band-DJ hybrid (FutureLuxe), concert-style performances (Got Groove), and country acts with fiddle and steel guitar (Rodeo Disco), alongside custom offerings such as wandering strings, aerialists, costumed performers, and New Orleans-style second lines. Founded in 2011 as The Downtown Band, the company has grown into a multi-band entertainment operation led by CEO Abby Cox, who joined in 2022 with a background as a wedding planner, and founder Justin Caldwell. Based in Nashville and New Orleans, available for domestic and international events worldwide. Couples and wedding planners consistently highlight full dance floors all night, responsive management during planning, and performers who accommodate guest requests, including allowing a drummer groom to sit in with the band.
