Upstage Party Bus is a Nashville transportation company operating two party buses: the Upstage Bus, a fully open-air coach, and the Miss Avery Grace, a private glam bus available for bachelorette parties and group tours. The Upstage Bus holds 30 guests and features a professional DJ and bartender, 8 televisions, concert lighting, and a concert stereo system; the Miss Avery Grace holds 20 guests and includes a glittered ceiling, flower wall photo booth, shimmer wall, and a hostess who doubles as photographer on two-hour private tours. Based in Nashville, with pickup and drop-off at 833 Hawkins Street. Reviewers highlight the organized booking process, friendly and energetic hosts, on-board live DJ, and the smooth experience for bachelorette parties and group celebrations on Nashville's Broadway and mural tour routes.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

Upstage Party Bus hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for Upstage Party Bus, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (615) 801-4155. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask Upstage Party Bus to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
