The space includes a production studio with 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, multi-colored content backdrops, a cyclorama wall, podcast capabilities, equipment rentals, and a private outdoor terrace, alongside conference rooms, private offices, and coworking memberships. Founded in 2018 by Matthew Giles, who brings two decades of experience in real estate development across London and the USA. Based on Music Row in Nashville, TN, with additional locations in Miami, FL and a Nashville Yards location opening in February 2026.
