Catherine Norwood Photo is a Denver-based wedding and portrait photographer who uses a documentary approach blended with editorial art direction to document weddings, proposals, and portrait sessions across Colorado and beyond. Catherine combines candid documentary coverage with lightly guided portraits, delivering true-to-color galleries in which roughly two-thirds of wedding images are unscripted moments; she also serves as an LGBTQIA+ owned business that has photographed Sikh, Hindu, Catholic, Palestinian, Cambodian, Jewish, and Protestant weddings. Catherine holds a BFA in photography and design, started portrait photography in 2011, began wedding photography in 2017, and has photographed over 100 weddings across the U.S. and internationally; she also holds a mindfulness coach certification and serves as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Director for the Wedding International Professional Association's Colorado Chapter.
