Upper Larimer

Upper Larimer is a Denver event venue located in the RiNo Art District, hosting weddings, corporate events, non-profit fundraisers, and other gatherings in a restored historic industrial building. The venue occupies roughly half a city block and includes a 6,100-square-foot industrial ballroom, a Victorian-era hospitality suite with 4 private rooms, and a 2,000-square-foot private Sun Deck; indoor seated capacity reaches up to 300 and outdoor standing capacity up to 220. The main venue building dates to 1908 and the on-site Victorian house to 1888; both were fully renovated and restored in 2020, with the main space meeting National Park Service Historic Restoration Standards.
