Via Alba Inc. is a Denver-based catering company led by Chef Andrew, offering in-home private meals, wedding receptions, and catered events inspired by the cuisine of Piedmont, Italy. Via Alba focuses on intimate catering with fully custom menus written by Chef Andrew, sourcing ingredients locally, seasonally, and organically, with optional beverage pairings. Chef Andrew earned an A.S. in Culinary Art and B.S. in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University, apprenticed and rose to sous chef at Barolo Grill over a seven-year tenure, and launched Via Alba in July 2017. Based in Denver, CO, serving clients in the Denver area for in-home meals, weddings, and private events.
