Schaffer is a Los Angeles-based hospitality, catering, and events company serving weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings, founded in 2009 by two culinary professionals. Schaffer offers elevated food and cocktails alongside operations guidance, creative concepting, event logistics, sustainability consulting, and food and beverage management, with the ability to execute across a variety of global cuisine types.
