DJ Sota Entertainment, also known as West Coast Wedding DJs, is a professional mobile DJ and entertainment company based in Thousand Oaks, serving weddings and events throughout Southern and Central California. The company offers DJ, emcee, lighting, slideshow, photo booth, coordination, and ceremony officiating services, with a music library spanning the 1920s to current Top 40 and cultural music from around the world. Each event receives a custom-tailored set based on client requests rather than the DJ's personal preferences. Founded in 2008 by Dakota J Sottosanto, who has been DJing for over 20 years, the company has been involved in hundreds of events including over 1,500 weddings, with events ranging from 10 to 1,000 people. DJ Sota Entertainment serves Southern and Central California, with offices in Thousand Oaks and San Clemente, and has worked at hundreds of locations and venues throughout California. Couples and their coordinators consistently note Dakota's detailed event timelines, last-minute flexibility, packed dance floors, and strong communication throughout the planning process; the company has also received direct referrals from wedding planners and hotel wedding teams.
