Flanarts Cuisine Events is a New York-based catering company offering personal chef services, wedding catering, corporate events, and private dinners, led by Chef Eli and his wife Zuni. FCE blends traditional recipes with modern culinary techniques, with a focus on elevated Latin cuisine, custom menu curation, and coordinated buffet or plated setups tailored to each event's theme and dietary needs. Flanarts Cuisine Events began in 2017 in New Jersey as a two-person operation and expanded its services through and after the pandemic. Based in New York, serving NYC, the Hamptons, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Wedding and event clients highlight the flavorful, beautifully presented food, Chef Eli's attentiveness during planning, and the team's warm, professional service from setup through the meal.
