Maiden Voyage Catering is a New York City-based, woman-owned catering company offering full-service, drop-off, and experiential catering for weddings and events of varying sizes. Known for customized menus drawing on global cuisines, charcuterie and grazing tables, long tablescapes, themed event experiences, and thoughtful presentation including signage for each dish; the team also provides event planning services alongside catering. Led by co-founder and CEO Bella Karakis, who brings 30 years of management experience across retail, food, hospitality, and legal industries, and Executive Chef and Culinary Director Rachel John, whose background includes catering companies Great Performances Food, Creative Edge, and Michael Scott Events. Based in Harlem, serving the NYC area and corporate clients beyond New York City.
