Alexandra Dettori Catering + Events is a Brooklyn-based catering company led by founder and executive chef Alexandra Dettori, serving weddings, showers, corporate events, and social gatherings. The menu reflects Alexandra's culinary background spanning French technique (from training at the International Culinary Center), Belgian upbringing, Italian cooking, and East African heritage, with offerings ranging from charcuterie and grazing tables to spring rolls, waffles, and raspberry tarts, alongside crafted beverages and décor rentals.
