Studio Finch

Studio Finch is a Chicago-based wedding photography team made up of Ela and Jason Finch, who combine fine art editorial and photojournalist approaches in a two-photographer format. Ela brings a fine art editorial approach rooted in her Fine Art background, while Jason focuses on photojournalistic candid and between-moment captures; together they also offer photo booth services and shoot some film on wedding days. Jason photographed his first wedding in 2010, and the duo has since worked 200-plus weddings together, shooting across locations from California to New York City, Hawaii to Cancun, and Spain to India. Based in Chicago, Studio Finch travels worldwide for weddings and lists favorite local venues including Bridgeport Art Center, Salvage One, Armour House, Stan Mansion, and The Chicago Athletic Association. Couples highlight the team's quick email communication, ability to deliver large galleries under unexpected circumstances, inclusion of engagement sessions in wedding packages, and the value of their printed albums.
