Rockwell on the River

Rockwell on the River is a Chicago wedding and event venue situated on 3 acres along the North Branch of the Chicago River in the Avondale neighborhood, housed in a repurposed century-old tannery. The venue features an 18,000 square foot event space with original brick walls, timber ceilings, European-style cobblestone courtyards, dramatic lighting, and a large patio overlooking the river, alongside on-site tenants including a distillery, coffee roastery, barbecue restaurant, and riverfront marina. In development since 2013 and opened in 2018, the complex was repurposed from a century-old, vacant tannery into its current form. Located at 3057 N.
