Poetic Productions

Poetic Productions is a Chicago wedding videography company led by Keith, who brings a cinematic, unobtrusive approach to documenting weddings. The company focuses on cinematic storytelling with an emphasis on blending into the background to capture natural moments, including sound and movement that still photography cannot preserve. Keith delivers a teaser reel quickly after the wedding day, along with full films covering ceremony, speeches, and reception. Keith studied Film Production with a concentration in Cinematography at Columbia College Chicago, worked on major motion pictures, national commercials, and live sporting events during school, and completed an internship at CBS Studios in Los Angeles. Jeanette, who also works events with Keith, won Prairie State College's 'Photographer of the Year Award' in 2002 before transitioning into filmmaking with Poetic Productions in 2010. Based in Chicago, with documented weddings at venues including Timeless Loft in Fulton Market, Revel Motor Row, and Galleria Marchetti. Couples and event coordinators consistently highlight Keith's calm, unobtrusive presence on the day, the cinematic quality of the final films, the quick turnaround on teaser reels, and editing that pairs well with the emotion and sound of the event.
