Zelda's Catering is a Skokie-based kosher catering company, founded in 2003, serving weddings and large events across the Chicago area. Zelda's is known for kosher-certified catering with multi-station buffets (including Mediterranean, Mexican, and carving stations), plated dinners such as braised short ribs for large groups, and wedding cakes. Founded in 2003 by Linda Neiman, Zelda's has grown to more than 35 full-time employees and serves over 1,000 events and 250,000 guests every year. Based in Skokie, IL, serving the Chicago area. Couples and event hosts highlight the variety and quality of the food, attentive setup and cleanup, on-site management presence throughout multi-meal weekends, and staff members Taylor and Melissa by name.
