Jordan's Food of Distinction (JFOD) is a Chicago-based catering and event culinary company led by Chef Jordan Spritz, offering custom menus for weddings, corporate, and private events. JFOD builds fully custom menus ranging from fine dining to full-scale event production, with a commitment to fresh and locally sourced ingredients, including produce from the family-owned Copper Feather Farms in Wisconsin; the team also handles table settings, decor, space layout, signature cocktails, and on-site event coordination. The Spritz family has been producing events throughout Chicago for over 20 years; Chef Jordan Spritz graduated at the top of his class from the Culinary Institute of America and subsequently worked under chefs Charlie Trotter and Don Yamauchi before founding JFOD.
