The property offers a layout that flows between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces, with lush botanical gardens containing rare tropical fruit and flower specimens cultivated by the estate's founding family; the venue also provides on-site lodging. The venue is currently owned and operated full-time by Elizabeth Costa de Rusch, who has 25 years of experience producing events for global brands such as Heineken and Bacardi as well as private weddings and galas, and previously founded Rusch & Roa Event Production. Located in Homestead, Florida, in the Redland district.
